Visiting
GO-Dive
We have a self vend drinks
machine for FREE tea, coffee etc even includes the cup, 
but please bring your own biscuits.
Remember GO-Dive offer FREE
Air fills, bring your cylinders, bring your buddies cylinders as well we
give free air fills to all divers who visit the shop personally, no limits.
Cylinders must have acceptable test marks of course - we will not fill
cylinders that may be unsafe.
We are usually open Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm & Sat. 9:00am - 5:00pm Holiday opening times may vary.
From
M1 coming from the North, exit
at Junction 25, go West towards Derby on the A52, after 5 miles take
the slip road on to A5111 (Ring Road), at 1st roundabout turn right, at
2nd roundabout turn right onto London Road (A6), GO-Dive is 100yds
on left opposite TESCO.
From M1 coming
from the South, exit at
Junction 23A or 24 and go West on A50, take exit marked A6 towards Derby,
at 1st roundabout go straight on (do not take slip road towards Derby),
at 2nd roundabout turn left, at 3rd roundabout turn right, GO-Dive is 100
yds on left opposite TESCO.
From West, on
A50, take exit marked A6 towards Derby, at 1st roundabout go straight on
(do not take slip road towards Derby), at 2nd roundabout turn left, at
3rd roundabout turn right, GO-Dive is 100 yds on left opposite Tesco.
From Derby Centre,
Leave
city on London Road (A6, may be sign posted Loughborough or Leicester),
Go-Dive is on the right set back from the main road 2 miles from the centre,
opposite TESCO, and about 150 yards before the roundabout at the
end of Raynesway (A5111 ring road). If you get to the roundabout go all
the way round and come back !

Delivery
Every effort is made to process and dispatch
your order within 48 hrs / two working days of receipt but this may not
be possible in all cases.
If you require your order before
a certain date then please state this in the message box on the order form.
Most orders must be signed for on delivery.
You can have goods delivered to your work address at no extra charge.
DO NOT sign or accept packages which are
damaged, or which have been opened / tampered with, if you are in any doubt
always check contents before signing.
Normal delivery charges shown when you
order on line. Outside Mainland UK and in some remote areas delivery may
cost more.
Minimum Delivery cost for BFPO Addresses
is £25. If costs will be greater than shown we will contact you to
confirm before proceeding.
Warranty
Alll goods sold are covered by the UK
distributors / manufacturers warranty. Please use our links page to access
the manufacturers sites for details. All goods are from official UK distributors
with full UK warranty. All guarantees / warranties / repairs are "return
to base" (RTB) ie. you are responsible for returning the item back
to the point of purchase. Before returning any item you must contact
us to agree a suitable method of carriage. We do not sell "grey" imported
goods. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that as far as possible descriptions
and prices on the website are accurate errors can occur or information
may be out of date due to technical reasons. All offers are subject to
availability and E&OE.
CE Marks
All goods are supplied with CE marks and
meet EN250 requirements for cold water use where required.

Goods can be returned unused and in original
undamaged packaging, with a return form , within 7 days of delivery for
a refund.
Before returning any item you must
contact us to agree a suitable method of carriage.
Goods which have been specially made,
altered, adapted or changed cannot be returned.
Privacy Policy
Go-dive will not share your details with
anyone else but we may send you details of special offers from time to
time. To have your name removed from our mailing lists please send an e-mail
request.
Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint please
direct all correspondence to Mark Hudson, the store owner, and include
a return address and daytime phone number.
