How to Find us :-

From M1 Junction 25,  exit at Junction 25, go West towards Derby on the A52.
Go past 1st  turning to the left signposted to Draycot which has a footbridge over A52 just after junction.
Go past 2nd turning to the left signposted Ockbrook and Borrowash (Victoria Avenue with road bridge over A52 immediately before junction).
After 3.4 miles from the M1 take the 3rd left turn (Borrowash  Road with a footbridge over A52 immediately before the junction) .
Note that there is no sign before the junction.
Drive to T- Junction at the end of Borrowash Road and turn right onto Nottingham Road (A6005)
GO-Dive is on the left after 750yds (0.42 miles) just after Angler's Lane.
If you get to a roundabout go all the way round and come back !

Visiting GO-Dive
Go-Dive can provide Air and Nitrox fills to 300 bar. Cylinders must have acceptable test marks of course - we will not fill cylinders that may be unsafe.
Please be aware that prices in store like many other stores differ from our mail order service and are usually a little higher to reflect the high level of service provided in store by our staff, the opportunity to see and feel before you buy, and the convenience of in store shopping. We strongly recommend personal shopping when buying a dive suit so that you can try it on for size.

Delivery
Every effort is made to process and dispatch your order within 48 hrs / two working days of receipt but this may not be possible in all cases.
If you require your order  before a certain date then please state this in the message box on the order form.
Most orders must be signed for on delivery. You can have goods delivered to your work address at no extra charge.
DO NOT sign or accept packages which are damaged, or which have been opened / tampered with, if you are in any doubt always check contents before signing.
Normal delivery charges shown when you order on line. Outside Mainland UK and in some remote areas delivery may cost more.
Minimum Delivery cost for BFPO Addresses is £25. If costs will be greater than shown we will contact you to confirm before proceeding.

Warranty
Alll goods sold are covered by the UK distributors / manufacturers warranty. Please use our links page to access the manufacturers sites for details. All goods are from official UK distributors with full UK warranty. All guarantees / warranties / repairs are "return to base"  (RTB) ie. you are responsible for returning the item back to the point of purchase. Before returning any item you must  contact us to agree a suitable method of carriage. We do not sell "grey" imported goods. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that as far as possible descriptions and prices on the website are accurate errors can occur or information may be out of date due to technical reasons. All offers are subject to availability and E&OE.

CE Marks
All goods are supplied with CE marks and meet EN250 requirements for cold water use where required.

Returns

Goods can be returned unused and in original undamaged packaging, with a return form , within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Before returning any item you must  contact us to agree a suitable method of carriage.
Goods which have been specially made, altered, adapted or changed cannot be returned.

Privacy Policy
Go-dive will not share the details you provide when ordering on-line with anyone else unless required to do so by law.
If you select NOT to be on our mailing list when you order we will save the email address you give to ensure we do not send unsolicited mail to that address and will only use it in connection with administering your order.
Just let us know  if you do not want to receive e-mail from Go-Dive.

Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint please direct all correspondence to Mark Hudson, the store owner, and include a return address and daytime phone number.

If you would like to send us an order for a product not shown and pay for it using your credit card, may we suggest that for security you use this blank order form(Click box below).
You can type your order details in the special requests and comments box.
Card details will be collected on the secure form and not transmitted by e-mail. Delivery costs will be calculated manually.
