If this option is selected you will receive an Email within 24 hours from us stating when the order will be ready to collect.

This is an option to collect from our store in Derby ONLY !

To collect your order you will need to bring along a copy of the order/ receipt with a form of ID ( driving licence, household bill etc ) that matches the address on the order.

Delivery

GO-Dive have in excess of 100,000 SCUBA related items in stock at all times. Our aim is to process and dispatch your order within 48 hrs / two working days of receipt but this may not be possible in all cases.

If you require your order before a certain date then please state this in the message box on the order form.

Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days of ordering but if you require next day delivery please let us know, as we can place orders for in stock items on a next day guaranteed service at an additional charge.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified.

Most orders must be signed for on delivery.

You can have goods delivered to your work address at no extra charge. This is a convenient option if you are at work during the daytime and no one is at home to sign for delivery.

DO NOT sign for or accept packages which are damaged, or which have been opened / tampered with, if you are in any doubt always check contents before signing.

Normal delivery charges are shown when you order on line.

Outside Mainland UK and in some remote areas delivery may cost more.

Minimum Delivery cost for BFPO Addresses is £25.

If costs will be greater than shown we will contact you to confirm before proceeding.

Pricing

Our in store prices cannot always match our online prices. We will always try to be equal to or LOWER in store where at all possible.On high priced items our in store prices are considerably lower than our internet prices as we are able to offer special in store promotions (which manufacturers may restrict on the internet).

Returns / Free Size Exchange

Goods can be returned for any reason within 28 days of delivery, unused and in original undamaged packaging, for a refund.

If you simply want a different size instead of a refund let us know. Please download the return form from the links above and enclose the completed form with your returned item to help ensure speedy processing and before returning any item contact us to agree a suitable method of carriage.

Goods which have been specially ordered / made, altered, adapted or changed cannot be returned for refund.

Price Promise

GO-Dive guarantee to give you a lower price than you can find at any other UK based supplier for like for like products.

In the unlikely event you can find the same product at a lower all inclusive advertised price elsewhere just email or telephone us with the details and we guarantee to lower the price even more.

Warranty

All goods sold are covered by the UK distributors / manufacturers warranty.

All goods are from official UK distributors with full UK warranty.

All guarantees / warranties / repairs are "return to base" (RTB) ie. you are responsible for returning the item back to the point of purchase. Before returning any item you must contact us to agree a suitable method of carriage.

We do not sell "grey" imported goods. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that as far as possible descriptions and prices on the website are accurate errors can occur or information may be out of date due to technical reasons.

All offers are subject to availability and E&OE.

CE Marks

All goods are supplied with CE marks and meet EN250 requirements for cold water use where required.

Privacy Policy

Go-dive will not share the details you provide when ordering on-line with anyone else unless required to do so by law. If you select NOT to be on our mailing list when you order we will save the email address you give to ensure we do not send unsolicited mail to that address and will only use it in connection with administering your order. Just let us know if you do not want to receive e-mail from Go-Dive.
